The Company

Established in 2004, EPI of the first UK based team entering a property fund  into the market devoted exclusively to Romanian property, which started as a Friends and Family based Investment fund. This has since closed and exited the fund giving returns of over 320% within 2yrs and 4months (in June 2007 to be exact) and gained a reputation of the  most sought after provider of advice on Romania – to everyone from our corporate clients to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce, Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and the investment media. The Founder in the early days was often a speaker represented on these bodies conferences. This was largely due to the detailed research done prior to entering the market (over 8 months research before coming to Romania), and a further 7 months in the country prior to doing the first deal.

EPI is also an active investor in this rewarding market. We believe that as the global investment climate has changed significantly, 2009 is a buyer’s year and will provide attractive investment opportunities. In December 2008 a summarised review of the detailed research (done in 2004) was done again for 6 weeks and the conclusion was that the core fundamentals of investing in Romania still hold true, however the places and particulars of the investment portfolio has changed slightly. We are confident in the long term prospects of the Romanian property market and will continue to capitalise on this opportunity. EPI also manages investors portfolio from setting up companies locally through to administration and the buy sell process, legals, accounting, including property management and taxation related activities.

We have a separate arm dealing exclusively with investors wanting to co-invest with us in joint companies on special investments and projects. Over 80% of our clients fit in this space whereby we represent the full local end to end service from company set up, employees, tax, accounting through to legal company management with an in house team to make it cost effective. We ONLY work on profit on exit split without upfront fees after signing the appropriate confidentiality and non circumvention agreements. In summary we aim high to provide the following :
